• We take great care to pack all items securely.
• The Kosher Deli does not accept responsibility for damage incurred during transit.
• As many of our products are imported and limited in supply, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for items damaged in transit.
• If you would prefer to arrange your own courier, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Regular Online Orders
• Standard online orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–5 business days of ordering.
Shipping Costs
• We do our best to estimate shipping costs accurately across New Zealand.
• In some cases, additional freight charges may apply depending on the size, weight or location.
• If this occurs, we will contact you and issue an additional invoice prior to dispatch.
